Ingredients
  • 4 ripe Bananas
  • 6 slices Bread
  • 2.5 cups Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Raisins
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish.
  3. Peel and slice the bananas.
  4. Arrange the bread slices at the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Place the banana slices on top of the bread.
  6. In a bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  7. Pour the mixture over the bread and bananas.
  8. Sprinkle raisins on top.
