Ingredients
  • 4 ripe Bananas
  • 6 slices Bread
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mash the bananas.
  4. Tear the bread into small pieces and add to the bowl.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  6. Pour the milk mixture over the bread and bananas, and stir until well combined.
  7. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish.
  8. Dot the top with butter.
