Ingredients
  • 250 gram Macaroni
  • 200 gram Spinach
  • 150 gram Cheese
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 50 gram Butter
  • 30 gram Flour
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, until it turns golden.
  4. Slowly whisk in the milk, making sure there are no lumps. Cook for 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add the cheese, salt, and black pepper to the sauce. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  7. In a baking dish, combine the cooked macaroni, spinach, and cheese sauce. Mix well.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
