Ingredients
  • 12 ounce Macaroni
  • 2 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 can Stewed Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, until it turns golden brown.
  4. Slowly pour in the milk while stirring continuously. Cook until the mixture thickens.
  5. Add the cheddar cheese, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  6. In a greased baking dish, combine the cooked macaroni and stewed tomatoes. Pour the cheese sauce over the macaroni mixture and mix well.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
