  • 4 tomato Green Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 2 unit Egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Slice the green tomatoes into 1/2-inch thick slices.
  3. In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. In another dish, beat the eggs.
  5. Dip each tomato slice into the flour, then into the beaten eggs, and finally into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
  6. Place the coated tomato slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over the tomato slices.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tomatoes are golden brown and crispy.
  9. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  10. Serve warm as an appetizer or side dish.
