  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the French baguette into 1-inch thick slices.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the garlic mixture onto both sides of each bread slice.
  5. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  6. While the bread is baking, slice the Brie cheese into thin pieces.
  7. Remove the bread from the oven and top each slice with a piece of Brie cheese.
  8. Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
