Baked Churros with Dip
Churros are a popular Spanish and Mexican treat, often enjoyed with a cup of hot chocolate.

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a medium saucepan, combine butter, sugar, salt, and 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

Remove from heat and add flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Stir until the mixture forms a ball.

Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe 4-inch strips onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C) and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the dip by melting the chocolate and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.

Remove the churros from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
