Ingredients
  • 200 gram Ground Pork
  • 200 gram Shrimp
  • 1 cup Scallions
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 24 piece Wonton Wrappers
  • 1 cup Cooking Oil
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix together ground pork, shrimp, scallions, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and white pepper.
  2. Take a wonton wrapper, place a spoonful of the filling in the center, and fold it into a pouch shape.
  3. Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry the wonton pouches until golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
