Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

Roll out the dough into a rectangle shape. Sprinkle cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and parsley evenly over the dough.

Roll up the dough tightly, starting from the long side.
