Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Steam the broccoli until tender, then chop into small florets.

In a large bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, beaten eggs, salt, and pepper.

Add the chopped broccoli to the mixture and stir until well combined.

In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle the mixture over the top of the casserole.
