  • 4 piece English Muffins
  • 1 cup Chestnut Puree
  • 1 cup Whipping Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cocoa Powder
  • 2 ounce Chestnuts
  • 2 tablespoon Caramel Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered Sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the English muffins in half and toast them until golden brown.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chestnut puree, whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until light and fluffy.
  3. Spread the chestnut cream mixture onto the toasted English muffins.
