  • 8 ounce Macaroni
  • 2 cup Reduced-fat Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Low-fat Milk
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, milk, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the bread crumbs with a tablespoon of melted butter.
  6. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture evenly over the macaroni mixture.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
