Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Macaroni
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup Green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup Celery
  • 1/4 cup Red onion
  • 1/4 cup Sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon White vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  3. Add the cooked macaroni, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, celery, red onion, and sweet pickle relish to the bowl. Toss until all ingredients are well coated.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
