Ingredients
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam them until tender.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour until well combined.
  4. Gradually whisk in the milk, and cook until the mixture thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar and parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Place the steamed cauliflower in a baking dish and pour the cheese sauce over it.
  7. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
  9. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
