Ingredients
  • 200 gram Asparagus
  • 150 gram Goat Cheese
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and place it in a tart pan.
  3. Trim the asparagus spears and blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Spread the goat cheese over the puff pastry.
  6. Arrange the blanched asparagus spears on top of the goat cheese.
  7. Pour the egg mixture over the asparagus.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the tart is golden brown and set.
  9. Let the tart rest for 10 minutes before serving.
