Ingredients
  • 200 gram Butter
  • 200 gram Granulated sugar
  • 150 gram Brown sugar
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 400 gram All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 300 gram Chocolate chips
  • 100 gram Chopped nuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
  6. Scoop large portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving enough space between each cookie.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
