Ingredients
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 1 cup Egg Noodles
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions. Cook the egg noodles until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
  3. Add the vegetable oil to the skillet and increase the heat to medium-high. Add the cooked rice and noodles, and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Add water to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
