Ingredients
  • 200 gram Butter
  • 250 gram All-purpose flour
  • 50 gram Powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 0.5 cup Lemon juice
  • 300 gram Granulated sugar
  • 4 unit Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the butter, all-purpose flour, powdered sugar, and lemon zest. Mix until crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, granulated sugar, eggs, baking powder, and salt. Pour the mixture over the baked crust.
  5. Bake for an additional 30 minutes or until the filling is set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.
  7. Cut into bars and dust with powdered sugar.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
