  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Unsweetened applesauce
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 0.5 cup Raisins
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the applesauce, brown sugar, vegetable oil, egg, vanilla extract, and milk.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the raisins.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto a greased or lined baking sheet, forming muffin-tops.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
