  3. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 4 equal squares.
  4. Place a few slices of apple on each square of puff pastry, leaving a border.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon over the apple slices.
  6. Fold the corners of the puff pastry squares towards the center, creating a tulip shape.
  7. Melt the butter and brush it over the puff pastry.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
  9. Drizzle honey over the apple tulips before serving.
