  • 100 gram Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 50 gram Butter
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 200 gram Flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 tablespoon Water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Peel, core, and slice the apples.
  3. In a bowl, mix the sliced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, salt, and butter until it resembles breadcrumbs.
  5. Add the egg and water to the flour mixture and mix until it forms a dough.
  6. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a tart pan.
  7. Arrange the apple slices on top of the dough.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  9. Let the tart cool for 30 minutes before serving.
