Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.

Cut the bread into cubes and spread them evenly in the baking dish.

Peel and chop the apples into small pieces. Sprinkle the apples and raisins over the bread cubes.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, brown sugar, rum, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Pour the mixture over the bread and apples.

Dot the top of the pudding with small pieces of butter.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
