Ingredients
  • 4 medium Apples
  • 1 sheet Puff pastry
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 beaten Egg
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Peel and core the apples, then cut them into small cubes.
  3. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook for 5 minutes until the apples are tender.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 4 equal squares.
  5. Spoon the cooked apples onto the center of each square. Fold the pastry over the filling to create a pocket.
  6. Brush the pockets with beaten egg for a golden crust.
  7. Place the pockets on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow the pockets to cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
