  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 peeled and chopped Apples
  • cup chopped Walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in the oil and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped apples and walnuts.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Once cooled, slice and serve.
