In a bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, sugar, and salt until smooth.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt butter.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and tilt to evenly coat the bottom.

Cook until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown.

Flip the crepe and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Repeat with the remaining batter.

In a separate pan, sauté sliced apples with cinnamon until tender.

Fill each crepe with sautéed apples and fold into quarters.
