  5. Flip the crepe and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  7. In a separate pan, sauté sliced apples with cinnamon until tender.
  8. Fill each crepe with sautéed apples and fold into quarters.
  9. Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar.
