  • 500 gram Apples
  • 100 gram All-purpose flour
  • 100 gram Granulated sugar
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 20 gram Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel, core, and slice the apples.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Grease a baking dish and arrange the apple slices in a single layer.
  5. Pour the batter over the apples.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the clafouti is set and golden brown.
