  • 2 medium Apples
  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 large Eggs
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel and core the apples, then cut them into small pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
