Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Apple, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the chopped apple.
  6. Spoon the batter into the greased mini muffin tin, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the doughnut holes are golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Allow the doughnut holes to cool slightly before removing them from the muffin tin.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
