Crush the graham crackers and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the rice cooker pot.

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in flour.

Peel and slice the apples. Toss them with cinnamon and lemon juice.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the rice cooker. Arrange the apple slices on top.

Close the rice cooker and set it to the cake function. Cook for 60 minutes.

Once the cooking time is complete, let the cheesecake rest in the rice cooker for 2 hours.

Remove the cheesecake from the rice cooker pot and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
