  • 400 gram Apples
  • 200 gram All-purpose flour
  • 200 gram Granulated sugar
  • 150 gram Unsalted butter
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 150 milliliter Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 100 gram Caramel sauce
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients and milk to the butter mixture, alternating between the two.
  6. Peel and chop the apples into small pieces.
  7. Fold the chopped apples into the batter.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
  9. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
