  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Chopped nuts (e.g., walnuts, pecans)
  • 1/2 cup Milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9x5-inch loaf pans.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just blended.
  4. Fold in the chopped nuts and milk.
  5. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared loaf pans.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the bread cool in the pans for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, slice and serve.
