  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 9x5-inch loaf pans.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well blended. Pour half of the batter evenly into the prepared pans.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon, brown sugar, and butter. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon mixture over the batter in the pans. Pour remaining batter evenly over cinnamon mixture, and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon mixture.
  4. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool loaves in the pans for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
