Ingredients
  • 200 gram Dark chocolate
  • 150 gram Unsalted butter
  • 200 gram Granulated sugar
  • 100 gram All-purpose flour
  • 30 gram Cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 100 gram Peanuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate and butter together in short bursts, stirring in between, until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add the melted chocolate mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. In another bowl, beat the eggs and vanilla extract together. Add the egg mixture to the chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.
  6. Fold in the peanuts.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Cut into squares and serve.
