Ingredients
  • 300 gram Potatoes
  • 200 gram Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Ghee
  • 2 piece Green Chilies
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Boil the potatoes and mash them.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, green chilies, ginger, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  3. Knead the whole wheat flour with water to make a soft dough.
  4. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into small circles.
  5. Place a portion of the potato mixture in the center of each circle.
  6. Fold the edges of the circle to cover the potato mixture and seal it.
  7. Roll out the stuffed dough into a flatbread.
  8. Heat a pan and cook the paratha on both sides until golden brown.
  9. Serve hot with yogurt or pickle.
