Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 4 cup Cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Almonds, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Raspberry jam
  • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in the butter and cream cheese until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Shape each portion into a disk and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Roll out each dough portion into a 9-inch circle. Spread raspberry jam evenly over each circle, leaving a small border.
  5. Sprinkle chopped almonds over the jam. Cut each circle into 8 wedges.
  6. Starting from the wide end, roll up each wedge tightly and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
