Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Almond flour
  • 0.5 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Sweetened shredded coconut
  • 0.5 cup Sliced almonds
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Fold in the shredded coconut and sliced almonds into the batter.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the baking dish for 10 minutes.
  7. Lift the brownies out of the dish using the parchment paper and let them cool completely on a wire rack.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.
