Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Crust
  • 2 package Cream Cheese
  • 0.75 cup Sugar
  • 0.5 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 0.5 cup Almonds
  • 0.5 cup Sweetened Shredded Coconut
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Chocolate Sauce
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crust ingredients and press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips, almonds, and shredded coconut.
  6. Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in the oven with the door closed for 1 hour.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  11. Serve chilled, topped with whipped cream and drizzled with chocolate sauce.
