Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.

In a small bowl, mix together the almonds, shredded coconut, and sweetened condensed milk. Spread this mixture evenly over the brownie batter.
