Ingredients
  • 2 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 leaf Lettuce
  • 1 sliced Tomato
  • 4 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 4 piece Hamburger Buns
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
  4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  5. While the patties are cooking, toast the hamburger buns.
  6. Assemble the rice burgers by placing a lettuce leaf, a cooked patty, sliced tomato, mayonnaise, and ketchup between the toasted buns.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
