Ingredients
  • 250 gram Macaroni
  • 200 gram Cheddar Cheese
  • 150 gram Mozzarella Cheese
  • 100 gram Parmesan Cheese
  • 100 gram Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until the mixture thickens.
  4. Add the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and cream cheese to the saucepan. Stir until the cheeses are melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Add the cooked macaroni to the sauce and stir until well coated.
  7. Transfer the mac and cheese to a baking dish and sprinkle with additional cheese.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
