Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 100 gram Bread crumbs
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1 unit Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Boil the potatoes until tender. Peel and mash them.
  2. In a pan, heat some oil and sauté the chopped onion and garlic until golden brown.
  3. Add the sautéed onion and garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper to the mashed potatoes. Mix well.
  4. Shape the mixture into croquettes and dip them in beaten eggs.
  5. Roll the croquettes in bread crumbs.
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the croquettes until golden brown.
  7. Place the fried croquettes on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
