Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 cup Warm Water
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoon Milk
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water until frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine milk, granulated sugar, melted butter, salt, and 2 cups flour. Stir well.
  3. Add yeast mixture and mix until smooth. Gradually add remaining flour, stirring well after each addition.
  4. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  7. Punch down dough and roll out into a large rectangle.
  8. Spread melted butter over the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
  9. Roll up tightly from one long side and cut into 12 equal rolls.
  10. Place rolls in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth. Drizzle over warm cinnamon rolls.
  12. Serve and enjoy!
