Sriracha & Veggie Frittata

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Sriracha sauce, salt, and black pepper.

Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion. Cook until vegetables are tender.

Pour the egg mixture over the cooked vegetables in the skillet. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
