Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and ground cardamom.

Gradually add the flour and sour cream to the cream cheese mixture, mixing until well combined.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking dish. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
