In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

Add the red bell pepper, green bell pepper, onion, and jalapeno pepper to the pan. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.

Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed vegetables in the pan.

Sprinkle the cheddar cheese and cilantro on top.

Transfer the pan to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the frittata is set.
